As Locals, we know South Walton real estate inside and out.
Our Grayton Beach office is centrally-located in one of the oldest communities along 30A, and our family-owned and operated company reflects the history and roots of the area itself. Since establishing our brokerage in 2013, we have built lasting client relationships and supported the dynamic growth of this beautiful beach community where we are raising our own families.
Beyond our loyal ties to 30A, we are effective and trusted because we spend time getting to know you. We sit down and have open discussions about everything from budget to expectations. As longtime Locals, we have a real sense of how the market has evolved and we smoothly navigate through that data for our clients.
Lastly, we find our collaborative team culture benefits everyone. Our knowledgeable agents have decades of combined experience in commercial and residential real estate and property investment.
We look forward to meeting with you and helping you become a Local!
Since 2001, Jack has been a visitor and resident of beautiful 30A. An accomplished leader, Jack has more than 20 years of real estate experience in property investment and management as well as nearly three decades of banking experience in commercial and residential lending. His North Florida roots began as a student-athlete at Pensacola Junior College and Florida State University where he played for legendary baseball coaches, including PJC’s Buddy Kisner and FSU’s Dick Howser and Mike Martin.
These days, Jack stays active with workouts at a strength and conditioning gym and by running local trails. He and his wife Debora love living nearby their son, Michael and his wife Kaitlyn, and young granddaughter, Lemon. They visit their daughter, Jaclyn, and her husband Scott and son Fox in Oregon several times a year. Jack and Debora also enjoy the growing 30A dining scene including favorites like Raw & Juicy in Alys Beach, Black Bear in Grayton Beach, Prima in Seagrove, Blue Mountain Bakery in Blue Mountain Beach, and Gyro Hero in Seaside.
