My name is Teresa Banda and I moved to Santa Rosa Beach from Castle Rock, Colorado in August 2019. Previously, I worked in the telecom industry as a product manger and analyst for 20 years and prior to that I worked in the yellow pages industry in sales and sales management. I first came to Santa Rosa Beach in November of 2015 and fell in love with this area so my husband and I bought our first investment property in 2016. I have since purchased 2 more investment properties and currently manage several vacation rentals in along 30A (10+). I obtained my real estate license in January of 2020 and selling real estate has brought many of my passions, experience and talents together. My goal is to give you the same satisfaction and excitement that I had and still have in making this beautiful area my home.
