Your money will be professionally handled and secure
- We have a full-time, in-house CPA as well as an escrow account for all prepaid deposits.
- All monies are FDIC insured through ICS (Internal Cash Sweep) accounts.
- We are a debt-free company.
- All bed taxes are paid by our in-house CPA monthly.
- We are a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage, translating to a higher standard when managing real estate.
- Transparent monthly statements will be emailed and are accessible through your online portal.

- We successfully advertise your property on our own website, as well as the industry’s top trafficked websites.
- We keep your listing up-to-date and maximize its visibility within each marketing site’s ranking system.
- Property inquiries receive automated responses instantly and our team’s personalized follow-up converts those inquiries into your bookings.
- Our management fee includes helping you, acquiring bookings, assisting guests, scheduling and inspecting cleanings, restocking supplies, linens, minor maintenance, automated locks, listing fees, photography, and a 3D walkthrough. It covers costs other companies pass on.

- Our area is very special to us and we work hard to address issues promptly to keep your home in the best light of the HOA and the greater community.
- Our entire fleet will be electric once Ford production is finished.
- Our amenity casings are made of straw plastic boasting a shorter shelf life and use 25% less plastic.
Giving back
- Cancer has hit close to home for us, so we work with Lighthouse to provide free housing to families dealing with childhood cancer. It is completely optional as a homeowner, but it is a donation, and it does feel good to help!
- We believe in the next generation as they will be instrumental to our future. Therefore, all dated technological devices like iPads and computers are given to the children at The South Walton Academy so they can learn and strive.
- Our local reach includes our furry friends at Alaqua. Stained or worn linens and towels are given to the passionate team at Alaqua Animal Refuge and used for bathing, cleaning, or any other use our animal friends may need.
