Your money will be professionally handled and secure

  • We have a full-time, in-house CPA as well as an escrow account for all prepaid deposits.
  • All monies are FDIC insured through ICS (Internal Cash Sweep) accounts.
  • We are a debt-free company.
  • All bed taxes are paid by our in-house CPA monthly.
  • We are a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage, translating to a higher standard when managing real estate.

  • Our amenity casings are made of straw plastic boasting a shorter shelf life and use 25% less plastic.

Giving back

  • Cancer has hit close to home for us, so we work with Lighthouse to provide free housing to families dealing with childhood cancer. It is completely optional as a homeowner, but it is a donation, and it does feel good to help!
  • We believe in the next generation as they will be instrumental to our future. Therefore, all dated technological devices like iPads and computers are given to the children at The South Walton Academy so they can learn and strive.
  • Our local reach includes our furry friends at Alaqua. Stained or worn linens and towels are given to the passionate team at Alaqua Animal Refuge and used for bathing, cleaning, or any other use our animal friends may need.
